Sports Training Facility – This is a well established and very well regarded center.
They started in 1998 and revenue hit a high of $950,000 with owner discretionary earnings in the $200,000 range. However, new ownership came in 2005 and took a hands off approach. they kept their corporate jobs and thought this would be fun. they invested over $1,000,000. They realize now that is not the way to run this business. They are willing to take a large loss and sell to a more suitable owner.
